Foot Locker, Inc. is seeking an Area Manager to lead the weekend Picking team in our Sparks distribution center. You will oversee safety, efficiency, and shift performance, coach the team, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced operation.
The role requires strong Lean/Six Sigma know-how, experience with warehouse management systems, and the ability to manage labor plans and real-time decisions. The schedule is Friday to Sunday with a weekday shift of six hours.

The annual base salary range is $75,000 - $90,000 / yr. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
