Job summary

Foot Locker is seeking an experienced Operations Manager - Inventory Control to oversee the Camp Hill Distribution Center, lead a team, and drive improvements in accuracy, productivity, safety, and cost efficiency. You will guide audits, implement Lean/Six Sigma improvements, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet customer demands.

The role requires 5+ years in DC leadership, WMS/SAP proficiency, and strong team development skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in a Distribution Center environment.
• Inventory control department leadership experience required.
• WMS, SAP WM, and RF proficiency.
• Experience with inventory reconciliation, cycle counting, location management, and root cause analysis.
• Ability to mentor and develop team.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills across all levels.
• Strategic thinker with 3-6 month planning horizon.
• Technical skills in materials/inventory management, scheduling, and maintenance.
• Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive EHS and audit readiness for the site.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and risk assessments.
• Provide technical guidance for operations and equipment.
• Contribute to quality targets and site metrics.
• Lead daily production meetings and coordinate with teams.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma tools.
• Develop operating plans, budgets, and deviation rationales.
• Support capacity studies, yield reviews, and cost improvements.
• Coordinate with customer-facing teams on delivery priorities.
