Job summary

Foot Locker, Inc. is seeking a Weekend Shift Operations Manager to oversee the Distribution Center’s daily operations from Friday to Sunday, 5:30am–7:00pm.

You will lead the team, drive improvements in accuracy, productivity, safety, and cost, and guide continuous improvement initiatives. You will also manage audits, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide input for quality targets and site metrics while coordinating with sales and customer teams to meet delivery priorities and future state

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in a distribution center or similar environment.
• Demonstrated experience getting results through a team.
• Passion for engagement and boosting staff morale.
• Teamwork and interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with all levels in the organization.

Responsibilities

• Own EHS Framework elements and lead audit team; resolve findings.
• Drive compliance and perform risk assessments; keep JSAs updated.
• Provide technical guidance for operations and quality targets; report site metrics.
• Lead daily production meetings and support Sales/Operations requests and plans.
• Coordinate with customer-facing teams to set delivery priorities and labor plans.
