Job summary

Blackbird Health is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner for a weekend-only, part-time role delivering comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management for children, adolescents, and young adults. Clinicians must be licensed in PA, VA, NJ, or MD (or willing to obtain with sponsorship).

Role offers W-2 part-time employment with full benefits, licensure sponsorship, and potential to earn beyond base through additional clinical hours.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children/adolescents as a PMHNP; independently at top of scope for ≥1 year.
• Active license in PA, VA, NJ, or MD (or willing to obtain via sponsorship).
• DEA license and State Prescriptive Authority.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for 2–26 age range.
• Perform treatment planning and medication management.
• Collaborate with therapists and other clinicians to create integrated care plans.
