Job summary

Blackbird Health is seeking a licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to deliver comprehensive evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management for children and young people aged 2–26 in a remote-capable setting.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care and educate families on treatment options to support long-term progress. Maryland licensure and PMHNP board certification are required.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland PMHNP/CRNP/APN license.
• Board Certified by ANCC or AANP (PMHNP-BC).
• Master’s Degree from an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management for ages 2–26.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based child and adolescent care.
• Educate families and support engagement in treatment to foster long-term progress.
