Job summary

Blackbird Health is seeking a Pediatric PMHNP for a weekend-only, 20-hour-per-week remote role. You will provide psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management for children and young people, with licensure sponsorship for PA, VA, NJ, or MD.

The position offers guaranteed base pay plus potential earnings from additional patients, full benefits, and W-2 employment. Weekend shifts occur Saturday and Sunday 8:00 AM–6:30 PM ET.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in nursing from an accredited program.
• PMHNP-BC certification is required.
• At least one year of independent psychiatric experience.
• Active PMHNP licensure in PA, VA, NJ, or MD (or willingness to obtain with sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for youth.
• Perform assessments and medication management for ages 2–26.
• Collaborate with therapists to develop holistic treatment plans.
• Educate families and maintain HIPAA-compliant records.
