Resort Lifestyle Communities in Wisconsin is seeking a Relief Cook to support weekend dining services. You will work in a scratch-based kitchen, preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner, ensuring meals are safely cooked and visually appealing while building friendly relationships with residents and teammates.

The role emphasizes serving with heart in a close-knit, resort-style environment, with responsibilities including opening/closing tasks and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Available to work every Saturday and Sunday, at least 8 hours per day.
• Able to read, speak and understand basic English.
• Experience in kitchen preparation and cooking preferred.
• Able to obtain food handler permits as required within two weeks of start.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes across proteins and vegetables.
• Maintain service line during meals with attentive coverage.
• Complete opening and closing tasks, assist teammates to keep kitchen clean and safe.
• Keep stations stocked and organized, manage pantry and refrigeration.
• Ensure sanitary kitchen by cleaning areas and monitoring temps.
