Resort Lifestyle Communities is seeking a Relief Cook for Saturdays and Sundays in a scratch‑based kitchen in Florida. You will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner, ensuring high‑quality presentation and portions matching resident preferences.

You’ll build positive relationships with residents, guests, and team members to foster a warm weekend atmosphere. The role emphasizes cooking, comfort with the service line, and teamwork within a resort‑style kitchen environment, with a focus on safety

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen preparation and cooking (preferred).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, speak and understand basic English.
• Ability to secure appropriate food handler permits within two weeks of first day.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high‑quality dishes by cooking a wide variety of proteins and vegetables.
• Engage in continuous improvement by contributing ideas and staying open to feedback.
• Complete all assigned opening and closing tasks for each shift and support teammates.
• Keep stations fully stocked and organized, refresh pantry items, and monitor refrigeration.
• Ensure a sanitary kitchen environment by cleaning work areas and recording temperatures.
