Resort Lifestyle Communities seeks a Temporary Relief Cook to join our kitchen team. You’ll work Saturdays and Sundays, preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner in our scratch‑based kitchen, ensuring meals are safely cooked, visually appealing, and portioned to resident preferences.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen preparation and cooking.
• Able to work Saturdays and Sundays.
• Must be able to read, speak and understand basic English.
• Experience in kitchen preparation and cooking is preferred.
• Must obtain food handler permits within two weeks of start.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high‑quality dishes using a variety of cooking methods.
• Support service line by keeping stations stocked and organized during meal periods.
• Complete all opening and closing tasks for each shift and assist teammates as needed.
• Maintain sanitary kitchen practices and monitor temperatures for safety and quality.
• Contribute ideas in meetings to support continuous improvement.
