Job summary

Willow Pines Retirement, part of Resort Lifestyle Communities, seeks a Weekend Cook to cover Saturdays and Sundays in a scratch-based kitchen, preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner as scheduled, and ensuring meals are safely cooked, visually appealing, and properly portioned for residents.

You will build positive relationships with residents, guests and team members to create a warm, welcoming weekend atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen preparation and cooking.
• Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
• Engage with residents and team members to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Complete opening and closing tasks and keep stations stocked and organized.
• Maintain sanitary kitchen practices and monitor temperatures.
