Hickory Grove Post Acute in Tennessee is seeking a Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead our weekend nursing team and ensure high-quality patient care.

Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of Registered Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and other healthcare professionals on weekends
Provide direct patient care as needed, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare providers
Conduct thorough assessments, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary
Maintain accurate and thorough records, including patient charts and medication administration records
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address patient needs, resolve conflicts, and improve outcomes
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, hospital policies, and professional standards
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Tennessee
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and empower staff members
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on patient-centered care
Familiarity with electronic medical records and computer systems
