Job summary

Hickory Grove Post Acute is seeking a Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor in the United States. You will lead a weekend nursing team, provide direct patient care when needed, and develop care plans with input from patients and families.

As a dynamic nurse leader, you will ensure high-quality care, promote a positive work environment, and maintain regulatory compliance while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee RN licensure.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

• Supervise weekend nursing team including RNs and CNAs.
• Provide direct patient care as needed and monitor vitals.
• Develop individualized care plans with patients and families.
• Conduct assessments and implement improvement actions.
• Maintain accurate patient charts and medication records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve outcomes.
