Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a part-time weekend per diem home health role serving Cumberland, Harnett, and Hoke counties from the Fayetteville Visits office in North Carolina. The RN will follow care plans, perform medications and wound care during home visits, document observations, and coordinate with the Clinical team.

A NC RN license and at least one year of clinical experience are required; home health experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• NC RN license is required.
• Minimum of one year of recent clinical experience.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow designated care plans for patient needs.
• Make home visits in Cumberland, Harnett, and Hoke counties.
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments and procedures.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the supervisor.
• Document doctors' orders and patient observations accurately.
• Coordinate case management and document care using EMR.

BAYADA Home Health is currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse, (RN) for a part time or per diem weekend position with our Fayetteville Visits office. This office services our adult and geriatric clients on a per visit basis throughout Cumberland, Harnett, and Hoke counties.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
• Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform client assessments as necessary
• Case management and coordination
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the‑art touch pad tablet

Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current license as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina.
• A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required.
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
