BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Fayetteville Visits office on a full-time, part-time, or per diem basis. This role covers adult and geriatric clients across Cumberland, Harnett, and Hoke counties with per-visit visits and a $2,500 sign-on bonus for full-time employment.

Benefits include paid holidays, vacation/sick leave, health plans, 401k with match, and ongoing training. Travel is required to serve clients in the home setting.

Formación

• Active NC RN license.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience.
• Home care experience preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with EMR systems.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.

Responsabilidades

• Follow a designated care plan for adult/geriatric clients.
• Perform home visits in Cumberland, Harnett, and Hoke counties.
• Administer medications, wound care, and treatments.
• Monitor client conditions and report changes.
• Document physician orders and patient observations.
• Coordinate case management and care activities.
• Document with the state-of-the-art touch pad tablet.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
• Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform client assessments as necessary
• Case management and coordination
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet

Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current license as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina.
• A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required.
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
