BAYADA Home Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a per diem weekend position serving Raleigh Visits office in North Carolina. The role covers clients across Wake, Durham, and Johnston counties with per-visit visits and requires home health/OASIS documentation experience.

Responsibilities include performing assigned duties, medication administration, wound care, and coordinating care per patient plans, with travel to cases as needed.

Qualifications

• Current license as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina.
• Minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Prior home care experience strongly preferred.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Solid computer skills; prior EMR experience preferred.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs.
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform duties including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
• Monitor clients' conditions; report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
• Follow up with, execute, and document doctors' orders.
• Perform client assessments as necessary.
• Case management and coordination.
• Accurately document observations and evaluations using a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet.

BAYADA Home Health is currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse, (RN) for a PER DIEM WEEKEND position with our Raleigh Visits office .

This office services our adult and geriatric clients on a per visit basis throughout Wake, Durham, and Johnston counties .

Home Health/OASIS documentation experience REQUIRED!

Must be willing to cover all counties.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.

Additional Information:

Base Pay, depending upon qualifications:

$55.00-$62.00 per point.
