Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality nursing care for residents. The role features three 12-hour Baylor shifts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) with incentive pay and opportunities to pick up extra shifts and earnings bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must be a currently licensed RN in the state of practice.
• CPR certification required or to be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• No findings in the state nurse registry for abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing care using the nursing process with an outcomes focus.
• Identify discharge planning needs and coordinate follow-up across length of stay.
• Develop and implement an individualized care plan with the resident and interdisciplinary team.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health professionals to update care plans.
• Ensure resident comfort and safety with current nursing practices.
