Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions in Crescent City, CA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for part-time weekend shifts. You will provide patient care using the nursing process under supervision of Charge Nurses to support underserved populations.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Prefer a minimum of one year clinic experience.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assessing and planning individual treatment programs with Charge Nurse(s) and other staff.
• Administer medications, obtain diagnostic tests, and assist with minor procedures as needed.
• Count controlled substances and follow policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Document nursing encounters using SOAP and attend mandatory staff meetings and training.
• Communicate information to nursing staff, physician, health care unit supervisory personnel or other staff as necessary.
