Job summary

Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care in a fast-paced clinical setting. You will work under Charge Nurse supervision to deliver nursing care, education, and support within a compassionate, team-based environment.

The role requires a nursing degree, active RN licensure in the state of employment, and CPR certification. Prior clinic experience is preferred, with opportunities for professional growth and ongoing clinical resources.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum of one year clinic experience preferred.
• Current RN licensure in the state of employment and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assessing and planning individual treatment programs with the Charge Nurse and staff.
• Administer medications, obtain diagnostic tests, and assist with minor procedures.
• Count controlled substances and adhere to policies and protocols.
• Document nursing encounters using SOAP charting and attend required meetings/trainings.
• Communicate information to nursing staff, physicians and supervisors as needed.
