Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions in Placerville, CA, is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a FT Day position in the Nursing department. You will deliver patient care using the nursing process under the supervision of the Charge Nurse, educate patients, and support care plans.

Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program, have active RN licensure in California, CPR certification, and ideally one year of clinic experience. This role resides in the US.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Prefer a minimum of one (1) year clinic experience.
• Have and maintain current licensure as a Registered Nurse within the state of employment.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the nursing process under supervision of Charge Nurse(s).
• Educate patients and participate in activities in accordance with competencies and education.
• Communicate with nursing staff, physician, and supervisory personnel as needed.
• Assist in assessing and planning treatment programs with the care team.
• Document nursing encounters using SOAP and attend mandatory staff meetings and training.
