Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions in California is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver patient care using the nursing process under the supervision of Charge Nurses. This role emphasizes strong communication and critical thinking to ensure optimal patient outcomes in a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum of one year clinic experience.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Work under the supervision of Charge Nurse(s) to provide patient education and activities.
• Administer medications, obtain diagnostic tests, and assist with minor procedures as needed.
• Document nursing encounters and participate in mandatory staff meetings and training.
• Communicate information to nursing staff, physicians, and supervisory personnel.
