Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) for per diem home health visits in the Charlotte Visits office, serving adult and geriatric clients across Mecklenburg and Union counties.

The role requires an active North Carolina RN license, with a minimum of one year of clinical experience, and a preference for prior home health experience. EMR proficiency and strong time management are important. Travel to cases is required.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina Registered Nurse license.
• At least 1 year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Home care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient needs.
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to the supervisor.
• Document doctors' orders and client observations accurately.
• Perform client assessments and coordinate case management.
