Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) to perform home health visits on a per diem basis in the Charlotte area. The role involves delivering high-quality nursing care to adult and geriatric clients across Mecklenburg and Union counties.

Qualified candidates will hold an active North Carolina RN license, have at least one year of clinical experience, and be able to travel to assigned cases. EMR experience and home health familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina RN license.
• At least 1 year of clinical experience preferred (medical/surgical).
• Home health experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow a designated care plan for adult and geriatric clients.
• Make home visits to patients in designated Mecklenburg and Union counties.
• Administer medications, wound care, and treatments per plan.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to supervisor.
• Document orders and care observations accurately using EMR.
