BAYADA Home Health is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team full time in the Charlotte Visits office. You will provide services to adult and geriatric clients on a per-visit basis throughout Union County in North Carolina.

Competenze

• Current RN license in North Carolina required.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
• Strong interpersonal skills and independent time management.

Mansioni

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs.
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
• Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
• Perform client assessments as necessary.
• Case management and coordination.
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet.
