Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Six months experience in health and human services preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and related policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive care and a welcoming environment.
• Conduct wellness checks and document changes per protocol.
• Support medication self-administration observation and safety.
• Assist with meals, cleaning, and room preparation for admissions.
• Complete shift reports and incident documentation in a timely manner.
• Participate in staff meetings, supervision, and training.
