Job summary

The Hanley Foundation in West Palm Beach is seeking a part-time Recovery Advocate to assist in the management and execution of daily schedules and patient needs. As a recovery advocate, you will engage with clients, monitor their progression, and facilitate 12-step lectures while maintaining client confidentiality and safety.

Applicants should have a high school diploma and preferably experience in a helping profession. Must also maintain a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Experience in a helping profession preferred.
• One year of continuous sobriety is required if in recovery.
• Must maintain a valid driver's license and pass MVR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Liaison between clients and staff.
• Supervise daily client operations.
• Provide thorough documentation of client services.
• Assist clients with transportation needs.
• Communicate limits with culturally diverse clients.
• Participate in the intake and discharge process.

Skills
