Responsabilités

• Greet visitors and direct to appropriate office or resident room
• Operate paging/telephone system and answer calls, directing to the appropriate person
• Maintain resident listings, room numbers, and on-call contacts for quick reference
• Receive inquiries and release information per established policies
• Assist with general administrative tasks (typing, filing, mailing) as needed
