Responsibilities include monitoring life safety equipment, coordinating calls and mail, and performing light clerical tasks while upholding a courteous and compassionate approach with a diverse community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to interact professionally and compassionately with a diverse group of people.
• Dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor life safety equipment and respond to alerts and notifications.
• Coordinate telephone communications throughout the community.
• Receive, organize, and coordinate mail and package deliveries.
• Welcome and direct residents, visitors, and staff.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to residents, families, and guests.
• Perform clerical and administrative duties as assigned.
