Job summary

Dalton Craneville Place Nursing & Rehab Center is seeking a Weekend Front Desk Receptionist to greet visitors and staff, answer calls, and support daily clerical tasks. This part-time role offers a friendly work environment and opportunities to contribute to resident care and hospital-like front desk operations.

Located at 265 Main St, the position pays $16.00–$20.00 per hour with weekend shifts every other weekend.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Experience in a front desk or customer-facing role is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct callers to the appropriate lines.
• Screen visitors, staff and vendors per guidelines.
• Assist with testing of visitors as needed.
• Greet new admissions and direct families to resident rooms.
• Support department heads with clerical tasks.
