Grove City Brewing Company & Plum Run Winery in Grove City, OH is hiring a Server/Bartender to join our team. We seek an energetic, hospitality‑driven individual who can create an experience, connect with guests, and keep energy high during busy shifts.

You’ll confidently serve food, craft beer, wine, and cocktails, and make thoughtful recommendations. Previous serving/bartending experience is preferred, and craft cocktail knowledge is a plus. Saturday/Sunday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Previous serving and/or bartending experience preferred.
• Craft cocktail knowledge is a big plus.
• A friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Can multitask, think on their feet, and handle a busy shift without losing composure.
• A team player who takes initiative and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding, genuine hospitality from the first hello to the final goodbye.
• Confidently serve food, craft beer, wine, and cocktails.
• Make thoughtful recommendations and help guests discover new favorites.
• Prepare quality cocktails and maintain a clean, organized bar when bartending.
• Stay organized, efficient, and upbeat during busy shifts.
• Work as part of a team that supports one another and takes pride in the guest experience.
• Occasionally assist with hosting and seating guests as business needs require.
