Job summary

Grove City Brewing Company is seeking a reliable PM Line Cook to join our high-volume kitchen for dinner service at Grove City Brewing Company + Plum Run Winery. You will work across grill, sauté, fryer, and salads with a focus on timing and plate consistency.

We value speed, attention to detail, and clear communication. Grill experience is preferred; ServSafe certification is encouraged. Evening and Sunday availability is required, with growth opportunities in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual; non-negotiable.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency.
• Clear, proactive communicator on and off the line.
• Grill experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification encouraged or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Execute menu items per recipes and specs.
• Work grill and other stations as assigned.
• Maintain proper portioning and plating standards.
• Keep up with ticket flow during high-volume service and communicate with expo.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked station.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist with prep, cleaning, and closing duties.
