GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team leadership in a fast-paced convenience store environment. You will manage shifts, assist with cash handling, and help drive upsell initiatives while maintaining a clean and welcoming store.

Open availability for weekends and holidays is required, with potential for second or third shifts. A Food Safety Certification and a valid driver's license are needed to succeed in this role, with

Qualifications

• Open availability to work weekends, holidays, and rotating second/third shifts.
• Must have Food Safety Certification.
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Proficient in English with basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store and restrooms.
• Create and manage team schedules.
• Perform daily cash handling, deposits, and oversee store financials.
• Provide feedback that motivates the team to excel.
• Other duties as assigned.
