Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for our high-energy convenience store. You will support store operations, run the register, and motivate a team to deliver outstanding customer service while ensuring accuracy and efficiency on every shift.

The role requires open availability (weekends/holidays/second or third shifts), a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, and a Food Safety Certification (or ability to obtain one).

Qualifications

• Open availability including weekends and holidays.
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and team motivation.
• Experience with cash handling and POS systems.
• Proficient in English and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers quickly and accurately.
• Coach and motivate team members to upsell and deliver great service.
• Help hire, train, and lead a customer-focused team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising.
