Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Quality Technician for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun) to verify compliance of first article and in-process components using CMM and standard work instructions. You will assist Manufacturing Technicians, troubleshoot, and update standard work as needed.

The role requires 2 years of experience inspecting machined parts and blueprint reading, plus familiarity with precision inspection tools and calibration requirements.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience inspecting machined parts.
• 2 years of blueprint reading experience.
• Experience using precision inspection tools and calibration.

Responsibilities

• Verify first article and in-process inspections of manufacturing processes from the shop floor.
• Collaborate with Operators, Buyers, and Engineers to drive dimensional challenges to resolution.
• Maintain data documentation records and retention requirements.
• Maintain inspection files and DMT tracking.
• Provide quality training as assigned.
