Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Quality Technician for weekend shifts (Friday–Sunday) to verify the compliance of first article and in-process components using CMM measurements and standard work instructions. You will support Manufacturing Technicians by identifying issues, troubleshooting, and updating programs and work standards.

Key duties include partnering with Operators, Buyers, and Engineers to tackle dimensional challenges, applying 5S to improve upkeep and efficiency, and maintaining

Qualifications

• 2 years experience inspecting machined parts.
• 2 years experience blueprint reading.
• Experience with precision inspection tools and calibration.
• Proficient in SolidWorks and MS Office.
• CMM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify compliance of first article and in-process components via CMM measurements.
• Assist Manufacturing Technicians to troubleshoot and develop programs, update standard work.
• Collaborate with Operators, Buyers, Engineers to resolve dimensional challenges.
• Maintain data documentation records and DMT tracking.
• Provide quality training as assigned.
