Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Weekend Quality Technician to verify first article and in-process components using CMM measurements on the shop floor. You will assist Manufacturing Technicians to troubleshoot, update standard work, and communicate issues as they arise.

The role requires at least 2 years’ experience inspecting machined parts, blueprint reading, and proficiency with inspection tools. High School diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience inspecting machined parts required.
• 2 years experience blueprint reading required.
• Experience using precision inspection tools and calibration knowledge required.
• Proficient with SolidWorks and Microsoft Office preferred.
• CMM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform 1st article and in-process inspections on shop floor.
• Collaborate with Operators and Engineers to resolve dimensional issues.
• Maintain data documentation and DMT tracking files.
• Provide quality training as assigned.
• Support RMA dispositions and return documentation.
