Job summary

Crane World Wide Logistics is seeking a Quality & Inventory Specialist for the Weekend Day Shift at our Lockbourne, OH facility. You will establish and publish weekly count and audit schedules and coordinate with Warehouse Supervisors to allocate resources.

Role requires strong communication, audit expertise, and the ability to lead teams while maintaining meticulous inventory records in Excel and related systems.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent audit skills.
• Ability to work in a cooperative, team-oriented environment.
• Strong word processing and spreadsheet abilities.
• Working knowledge of inventory quality control requirements.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and publishes weekly inventory count, spot audit, and quality audit schedules.
• Coordinates inventory count and audits with Warehouse Supervisors daily.
• Directs the work of personnel assigned to audits and counts.
• Provides daily written and electronic analysis of results.
• Spot audit activities including unloading, receiving, checking, locating, packing, and shipping.
• Interacts with supervisors to identify trends and corrective actions.
