Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with 5+ years experience.
• GD&T knowledge and blueprint reading.
• Experience with first article inspections.
• Proficiency with CMMs and metrology tools.

Responsibilities

• Approve incoming materials by confirming specifications.
• Inspect in-process production and communicate adjustments.
• Inspect finished products and re-work as needed.
• Document results and log data in quality database.
• Perform first article inspections and report results.
• Take precise measurements and set up fixtures.
• Read blueprints and GD&T to determine tolerances.
• Follow ISO 9000 quality and safety procedures.
