Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 0–2 years lab experience.
• Familiarity with general lab equipment.
• Ability to work on weekends and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receives and catalogs samples in LIMS.
• Performs physical testing on raw materials and finished products.
• Conducts organoleptic testing (appearance, taste, odor).
• Records results and compares to specifications; initiates OOS investigations when needed.
• Operates lab equipment including pH meter, FTIR, NIR, and other instruments.
• Maintains daily logs and data entry in LIMS/Excel.
