Alpine Springs Rehabilitation & Recovery in Linesville, PA, is hiring a Part-Time Program Technician for weekend shifts. You will monitor clients, enforce policies, and support recovery goals in a 24/7 facility.

This role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and safety, with shifts 7AM-3PM or 3PM-11PM, Saturday-Sunday, and flexible weekday options. CPR/First Aid training preferred, driving required, and competitive wages apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license and a minimum 3-year safe driving record.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred but training will be provided.
• Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Good multitasking, listening, documentation and organization abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coach clients to resolve simple problems and develop skills for a clean lifestyle.
• Monitor clients for compliance with facility policies.
• Ensure client safety and well-being through rounds and check-ins.
• Assist with transport to appointments and self-help meetings.
• Document activities and maintain records.
• Assist with urine drug screens when necessary.
• Report incidents immediately to the supervisor.
• Observe and report potential hazards.
