Intermountain Health is seeking a CT Technologist at Good Samaritan Hospital in Lafayette, Colorado. The role supports CT imaging, patient care, and education within a dynamic radiology team. The position features a Weekend Program with a $5.00/hour differential for weekend hours.

Hours total 36 per week with shifts including Friday through Sunday or an alternate Fri 7:30a–8:00p and Sun–Sat 9:00a–9:30p. Requires ARRT CT, BLS, licensure, and relevant experience.

Qualifikationen

• ARRT CT certification required upon hire.
• BLS certification within 60 days required.
• State licensure in practice area required upon hire.
• 1-2 years CT hospital experience preferred.
• 3+ years CT experience preferred for Level II technologist.
• Fluoroscopy certification preferred (Colorado).

Aufgaben

• Maintain ARRT competency in clinical and technical functions.
• Operate CT equipment and information systems to produce quality images.
• Ensure proper patient identification and exam prep.
• Perform exams per department protocol.
• Review images for quality and anatomical coverage.
• Adhere to radiation safety guidelines and maintain safety.
• Complete studies within time expectations without compromising care.
• Provide patient education and address concerns.
• Coordinate patient care and communicate with care teams.
• Stay updated with CT technology and protocols via continuing education.
• Assist and instruct students and other radiology staff.
