Church & Dwight is hiring for a Production Operator – D Shift (Weekend Days) at our York, PA facility. You will safely operate manufacturing equipment, understand production requirements, and collaborate with teammates to fulfill line responsibilities each shift.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with 0–6 months manufacturing experience; a Bachelor’s or vocational cert is a plus. Opportunities to participate in safety and lean initiatives are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 0–6 months highspeed manufacturing experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or vocational certificate preferred.
• Lean Manufacturing training and CPR/First Responder experience a plus.

Responsabilités

• Promote safety culture and follow plant safety policies.
• Operate equipment safely to meet quality and scheduling requirements.
• Assist with machine set-up and changeovers.
• Perform preventative maintenance including cleaning and lubrication.
• Ensure correct materials on correct lines.
• Support continuous improvement/LEAN initiatives.
