Job summary

Eaton in El Paso, TX is seeking a Weekend Production Supervisor for a Fri-Sun, 6am-6pm shift. You will lead day-to-day production, manage multiple lines, and drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance with data-driven decisions.

The role emphasizes structured problem solving, Tier governance, and deployment of EBS and Lean improvements, with accountability for KPIs and team development. Salary range is $86,000–$126,000 with a variable incentive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Manufacturing or Operations.
• No relocation benefit offered; within 50-mile radius of El Paso, TX.
• Sponsorship of work visas not offered.

Responsibilities

• Drive a culture of proactive issue identification and escalation through tier accountability.
• Direct day-to-day production activities, including manpower allocation, job assignments, schedule execution, and workload balancing.
• Manage and coordinate multiple production lines (PD5, PD6, Magnum, Cassettes, CNC) with balanced resources.
• Prioritize production based on demand and constraints (materials, manpower, equipment).
• Lead Tier meetings to track KPIs and escalate issues effectively.
• Champion EBS Pull initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
• Deploy EBS initiatives such as CIF, EQMS, ELSS and other Lean initiatives.
