Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required and at least 2 years in Supply Chain.
• Willing to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in future.
• Candidates within 50-mile radius of El Paso, TX prioritized; military candidates exempt from area limitation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Inventory Control Department; set goals, objectives and deadlines.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure process compliance.
• Maintain inventory accuracy at 98% both physically and in ERP systems.
• Oversee cycle counting, counts, and yearly inventories; own the cycle count process.
• Ensure safety and security policies are followed in the warehouse.
• Support MRP site leadership and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
