Job summary

Gosnaphop in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, seeks a Second Shift Production Supervisor to lead daily shop-floor activities and a seven-person welding team. Manage workloads, safety, and output on a Monday–Thursday/Friday shift with notable overtime; support on-site coordination and continuous improvement efforts.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing with welding/fabrication knowledge and previous supervision or lead experience, plus strong leadership and communication skills for on-floor

Qualifications

• Five+ years in manufacturing, welding, fabrication, or mechanical assembly.
• Must have supervisory experience or prior production lead experience.
• Strong welding knowledge and ability to assess workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Lead second-shift operations with a safe, accountable, quality-focused mindset.
• Conduct pre-shift safety and production goal meetings.
• Assign workloads, balance priorities, and monitor performance metrics.
• Inspect welding/fabrication work and provide technical guidance as needed.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Engineering and Quality to resolve issues.
• Train and cross-train employees and support onboarding.
