Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER PCS division in El Paso, TX is seeking a Weekend Production Lead to supervise and motivate a manufacturing team Friday through Sunday from 6:00am to 6:45pm. The role centers on meeting safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals while developing staff and ensuring on‑time completion of customer orders.

The position offers an hourly rate of $23.92 with 40 hours paid for a 36‑hour week and eligibility for a variable incentive plan. Benefits and company programs are described by Eaton.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 4 years manufacturing experience.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• No relocation benefit; candidate must reside within 50 miles of El Paso, TX.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration or CPT/OPT/STEM-OPT etc.

Responsibilities

• Receive work assignments from the supervisor and prioritize jobs based on urgency.
• Communicate daily production goals to the team.
• Motivate the manufacturing team to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals.
• Ensure customer orders are executed timely, prioritizing urgent orders.
• Comply with Eaton MESH initiatives and ensure employee safety.
• Provide on‑the‑job training and develop team members.
• Collect and evaluate production metrics to improve efficiency.
• Measure performance and participate in evaluations of process and team skills.
• Check product quality and reinforce quality standards across the team.
