Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER PCS division is seeking a Weekend CNC/Automation Technician for the El Paso, TX team. The hourly rate is $23.92 with 40 hours paid for a 36-hour workweek, plus eligible for a variable incentive plan.

Shift is 6:00am-6:45pm, Friday-Sunday. The role covers installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of automation equipment including CNC Brother machines to ensure reliability and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with automation equipment or relevant technical experience.
• No relocation benefit; within 50-mile radius of El Paso, TX; military service exempt from area limit.
• Eaton will not sponsor CPT/OPT/STEM OPT or related visa programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in commissioning new equipment and startup validation.
• Troubleshoot and analyze complex control systems to resolve software and hardware issues.
• Maintain maintenance logs and equipment documentation.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot CNCs and high-speed automated equipment to meet production goals.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on CNC systems and components.
