Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER PCS division in El Paso, TX is seeking a Weekend EHS Technician to support environmental health and safety initiatives. You will lead and assist with MESH implementation, provide EHS training, and contribute to risk assessments and incident investigations.

The role requires at least a high school diploma and 1+ year manufacturing experience with OSHA/regulatory knowledge; candidates should be ready for a 6:00am-6:45pm shift and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year experience supporting OSHA/regulatory efforts in manufacturing.
• Experience with EHS systems and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist with MESH implementation and EHS initiatives.
• Provide and/or facilitate EHS training as needed.
• Lead incident investigations and track OSHA 300 data.
• Perform site risk assessments and implement corrective actions.
