Job summary

The Eaton Arden, NC facility is seeking a MVC - Supervisor for the weekend shift (Friday-Sunday, 7:00am-7:30pm). You will lead daily production, manage timecards in Kronos, and drive Lean manufacturing initiatives to meet safety, quality, and delivery targets.

Responsibilities include staffing planning, performance coaching, cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring adherence to standard work while fostering a zero-incident safety culture. Competitive salary band applies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher; or Associate’s with 2+ years leadership experience.
High school diploma with 10+ years in operations including 5+ years of leadership.
Must be flexible for overtime and weekend schedule.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily production operations and lead employees in the assigned area.
Assist with staffing, performance management, and record-keeping for productivity, quality, and attendance.
Coach and develop employees to improve performance and skills.
Manage timecards and scheduling in Kronos, including vacations and overtime.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives aligned with plant goals.
Develop staffing plans and production schedules to meet delivery requirements.
Monitor performance to ensure quality and productivity targets are met.
