Job summary

Eaton’s IS AER FEDdivision is seeking a Technical Production Supervisor for the Middlesex, NC site. This role will supervise the Middlesex Weekend Shift to produce and ship product at minimum cost, aligned with engineering design specifications, quality, and customer service goals.

You will be the first line Engineering point of contact for shop floor support on your shift, communicating with all plant levels to meet safety, quality and productivity targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of equivalent experience with strong technical problem-solving.
• At least three years of leadership experience with direct reports in Manufacturing/Operations/Technical processes.
• U.S. person under ITAR; no immigration sponsorship for this role.
• No CPT/OPT/STEM OPT/H-1B/STEM OPT/cap-exempt plans allowed for this position.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe, engaged work culture with 5S and PPE compliance.
• Lead the training, coaching, and development of team members.
• Investigate and elevate production, engineering, and quality issues.
• Manage direct reports, time records, and productivity.
• Coordinate with Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance to optimize production.
• Produce end-of-shift reports and support OEE initiatives.
