The role operates Friday to Sunday, 6:00am–6:00pm, with a hands‑on leadership style and a focus on developing supervisors and teams to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Manufacturing Management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles.

Responsibilities
